Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-12 · Golem is in free public beta.

1. Service

Golem ("the Service", golemhq.com) creates software projects from your instructions, provides interactive previews, and lets you continue improving those projects through the website, API, or connected agents. It is provided by the operator of golemhq.com ("we").

2. Beta & no warranty

The Service is beta, provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, generated-code correctness, or data durability, and may change or discontinue it at any time. Review important results before relying on them.

3. Acceptable use — read this one

Because the Service runs code, these are hard rules. You must not use Golem to:

You may only run code and access targets you are authorised to. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this — often without notice where there's active abuse.

4. Sensitive information

Projects run in isolated, shared infrastructure. Do not submit passwords, private keys, regulated data, or other information that should not be processed by a hosted service.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost data. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (currently zero during beta).

6. Termination

You can delete individual projects or your entire account. Account deletion removes your account and associated project data. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
